This workshop will look at the organisational implications of changing to a Process-driven and Customer-centric approach

Emphasis is on the design of organisational processes in which the client’s requirements are a major factor in shaping both the process and the business structures required to deliver quality of product and service to the client, profit and market share to the organisation.
We introduce the 8 Omega BPT Framework, designed to be tailored by business change professionals to deliver methodologies structured to meet the needs of their organisations seeking radical change. Whereas business analysis is deployed tactically, predominantly organised to operate within functions, BPT takes a strategic perspective of the organisation with the emphasis on restructuring end-to-end processes and reflecting customer requirements.
